We are currently seeking a FT Sr. Recruiter at our office in Manassas, VA. to help us exceed expectations by building partnerships with our clients. Responsibilities
„« Participate in new client in-take & review meetings. „« Develop in-depth knowledge of our clients business to support the objectives. „« Establish and grow relationships with clients HR & Hiring Managers. „« Work as a team to create job descriptions, develop screening questionnaires, job ads, etc. „« Place and manage recruitment advertising. „« Source & screen candidates. „« Conduct interviews, and make offers. „« Maintain metrics of all recruiting activity using our Applicant Tracking System. „« Maintain your knowledge of HR practices and ensure that employment and placement activities conform to local, federal, and state laws.
Requirements:
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities „« 3+ years successful documented recruiting experience „« Must be highly proficient with MS Office and conducting internet research „« Prefer prior experience working with an Applicant Tracking System „« Prefer to candidates with Social Media knowledge & Skills „« Creative, energetic, outgoing and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while following established recruiting process, plans and compliance procedures. „« Timely, accurate, professional oral and written communication skills. „« Preference will go to candidates with a Bachelors Degree
