Gesa Credit Union in Washington State is seeking a highly motivated individual with strong leadership skills and demonstrated abilities in successfully managing a Consumer Lending department. This individual will be responsible for recommending and implementing strategic changes in operational processes, have knowledge or experience with consumer loan product and service offerings, and organizational coordination to grow the credit unions consumer loan portfolio while managing the associated risks.
Requirements:
This individual must have demonstrated knowledge of consumer lending compliance and regulations, the ability to implement new and innovative initiatives to improve existing efficiency, quality, and service levels, and have experience with managing credit card portfolios, student loans, pricing loan products, risk-based lending, auto/RV financing, and loan approval systems. Successful candidates will have a minimum of 10 years of consumer lending, sales and supervisor experience, and a college degree or equivalent.
