You’ll have one placement lasting six months at the LEGOLAND California Resort in Carlsbad, California. Other assignments will follow in one of our existing US attractions or working on a new attraction site launch. You might find yourself managing a retail unit in one of our many attractions. Or maybe you’ll make your presence felt behind the scenes in Marketing or HR. Wherever you find yourself, one thing’s for sure – it’ll be an experience you’ll never forget. What’s more, we do everything we can to match you with the placements that suit your every need. After that, it’s your second year and a great chance to really make your mark. You’ll take a look at how you’ve progressed and follow your chosen path. At the end of it all, you’ll make a presentation to the CEO and leadership team, sit down with us and map out your future at Merlin. But we wouldn’t let you get away with it being that simple.
