Job Description Wyle is in need of an experienced Systems Engineer/Cost Analyst who can provide component and subsystem technical assessments and develop cost models for current and emerging technologies. The ideal candidate will join a team whose responsibilities will include risk analysis, statistical analysis of program cost data, as well as economic analysis of key indicators. The group will also provide parametric cost analysis, data collection and normalization, system architecture trade studies, model development, special studies, as well as technology readiness level analysis. This position will be located at Wyle's Dayton Mission Point facility.
Education: A Bachelor's degree is required. Degree(s) in Engineering, Math, Economics, Statistics, Science or Operations Research are highly favored. A Master's degree is desired.
Experience: Selected candidate is required to have at least three (3) years of industry/skill set experience. Candidate must possess some experience in performing system engineering trade studies, system analysis, architecture studies, Life Cycle Cost Estimates, using cost estimating tools and model development.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Candidate will also be called upon for knowledge in cost and technical data collection, cost risk analysis, and/or earned value management. Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Skills with cost estimating tools such as SEER/SEM, PRICE, @Risk are a plus.
