Graphica Inc., a Seattle-based graphic design firm, is looking for a full-time, mid-level graphic designer. Graphica is a talented group of designers and communication specialists who produce successful brands and high-quality communication materials — both in print and online. We work hard. We play hard. And, we create great work.
Our capabilities run deep — from naming to multi-faceted campaigns, and everything in between. The majority of our work is business to business communications, however, we are producing more and more work for retail businesses.

Responsibilities include:
• concepting/designing
• production
• vendor coordination
• schedule creation
• client meetings

Required Experience:

The selected candidate must have:
• the ability to solve a communication problem that is appropriate to the client and their intended market
• the ability to transform a complex problem into an elegant, effective, and simple solution
• 3+ years of experience — both print and online
• strong/accurate production skills using CS3 and above
• strong typographic skills — multi-page document experience is a plus
• experience managing coders and printers
• the ability to manage multiple projects and schedules at once
• excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• the ability to work independently, and as a group in a small office setting
• excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• a sense of humor
