Director - Customer Business Manager Our client, a leader within the Retail industry is currently seeking aDirector,Customer Business Managerfor theMinneapolisarea. As the Director, it is your responsibility to lead and direct multi-functional teams as well a penetrating the customer at a senior level (VP and Director), understanding the customer's key objectives and strategies, and implementing collaborative business plans that deliver long-term mutual growth. Responsibilities * Oversee 4 key accounts: Target, CVS, Kroger, and Publix * Penetrates and establishes relationships across multiple touch points of customers value chain (Marketing, Category Management, Supply Chain, Store Operations, Sourcing) * Owns and leads development of strategic business planning activities with customer, ensuring achievement of AHP Annual Operating Plan * The Director will have two direct reports * Communicates/Leads Implementation of Strategic Customer Plan to/with Team * Secures customer commitment and implements Collaborative Business Plan * Leads Team and Customer in developing contingency plans and modifying Business Plan strategies or tactics and obtaining AHP management approval as necessary * Providing consistent direction and support, skills development through coaching and training, performance appraisals and team leadership * Gathers consumer and market performance information and measures against Collaborative Business Plan goals Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or Business Administration * Able to travel to see clients and travel to HQ in Atlanta up to 50% of the time * 5+ years of progressive sales / marketing experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry * Knowledge of AC Nielsen and data trend interpretation * Strategic though, planning and execution skills as well as an analytical mindset
