Responsible for the pursuit and profitable operation of mega projects. Responsible for gross revenue of $30M+. Responsibilities:
* Develops and nurtures key client relationships and is the primary company contact on the project. * Has full managerial responsibility for all aspects of the project including negotiating extras, cost control, staffing, quality control and cash management. * Assists with contract preparation with DB leadership and contracts manager. * Estimates fees, determines scope of work, and prepares proposals and contracts on large or multiple DB projects. * Actively manages client’s budget, schedule and program; HNTB budget and schedule; project communications and documentation. * Satisfies client requirements. * Coordinates work efforts and reviews work performed. * Responsible for pursuing, managing and delivering quality mega projects on-time, within budget and to the satisfaction of the client. * Identifies and markets additional business opportunities with key clients. * Facilitates work planning activity, profitability analysis, and coordinates with leadership to achieve profitability targets. * Develops and nurtures key client relationships. Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor''s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline * Minimum of 15 years of experience an AEC environment * Experience working on Design Build Project with a minimum design fee of $250MM * Previous experience working directly with large contractors in a design build environment * Experience and background in a with infrastructure projects highly desirable. * Strategic thinker, with demonstrated collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment and gain the support of others. * Ability to work in a matrix organization * Ability to work with minimal direction. * Minimum of 60% Travel Required * Advanced degree preferred
