Title: Systems Engineer (Senior II) Location: CA-San Jose PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a Systems Engineer (Senior II) for an open position in San Jose, elop Dell-Wyse Linux Thin Client and development support for current Linux products. As our ideal candidate, you will meet the following requirements: - 5 years experience Linux application and system development using C and Shell (Bash) - 5 years experience scripting languages (Perl, Python) - Good understanding of Linux OS (boot process, components, etc) - Understanding of TCP/IP - Experience with RPM and/or DEB packaging solution. Previous experience creating own RPM or DEB packages. - Good communication skills (Written and Verbal)
This position may require you to submit to and pass a drug test and/or background check. If this is a hands-on position, you may also be required to pass a safety and productivity examination.
