Description
The consumer team in FTI's strategic communications business has had an impressive year of growth under a new head, working with and winning a strong portfolio of global and UK brands in leisure and retail, media and financial services. The team is also leading the way in social media and operates a centre of excellence supporting other parts of the business with integrated campaign planning, consultancy and management, some of it outside of the typical 'consumer' space.
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced practitioner with strong communications skills to join the team, taking on part of the existing client base but weighted towards responding to a busy pipeline of new business and generating their own leads. The role would suit an experienced account director/associate or equivalent with bags of energy, ambition and an aptitude for championing consumer thinking in an otherwise financial and corporate communications environment.
The team is small but growing and is purposefully hands on so candidates will need to be as comfortable writing a status report as they are leading a pitch. The work is varied and global and challenging in a progressive and lively environment.
