Job Descriptions: Sigmatech, one of the nation’s premier government contractors, has the following position available in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia: Aviation Acquisition Analyst. Successful candidate will serve as Aviation Acquisition advisor and action officer in support of a multi-billion dollar Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program. NOTE: This is not a contracting officer (KO) or contracting officer representatives (COR) position, however, candidate must have experience in and possess the skill sets required for a KO and COR. Duty location will be Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities: • Provides Subject Matter Expert advice and assistance to General Officers of the Saudi Arabian National Guard. • Responsible for the monitoring and oversight of multiple contracts for a diverse program executed in accordance with multiple FMS Cases’ and acquisition contracts. • Responsible for tracking the contractual commitments and providing accurate and timely contracts status reports to the Program Manager and/or the Project Manager. • Provide support to the Program Manager and Project Manager Provide accurate and timely acquisition planning Provide input, prepare and present briefings to the Program Manager and/or Project Manager and other senior level leadership Required Experience: Education and Experience • Experience with Aviation Programs • At least ten years United States Government acquisition and contracting experience Military experience a plus Extensive knowledge of the FAR and DFARS Extensive knowledge of the acquisition and contracting processes Proven experience in Microsoft Projects, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power Point Bachelor’s degree, a Master’s degree a plus Key competencies adapt to change and change management understanding and executing directions critical thinking and problem solving skills planning and organizing ability to operate under stress decision-making communication skills team work negotiation skills conflict management adaptability Sigmatech will provide the successful candidate with an attractive compensation and benefit package.
