More information about this opportunity:
Overview:
Harris Interactive is increasingly associated with the value we bring to organizations as they work to manage their corporate reputations. Our clients – many of whom are operating in highly charged environments – partner with us in order to understand how to maximize their company’s reputational equities and navigate reputational risk to best support their business goals.
* We were the first research firm with a dedicated practice focusing on corporate reputation. We realized early on that reputation is a business asset that should be understood and proactively managed, and our commitment to this discipline has only increased over time.
* The Harris Poll Reputation Quotient® (RQ®) is the gold-standard of reputation measurement, and has been for more than a decade.
* Far more than a rank on a list, though, we help clients drive value in their enterprise through purposeful reputation management. We use the proven framework our experience has built - but align it with each client’s unique history, industry context, regulatory landscape, brand strategy, etc..
* By identifying what triggers value, we help our clients set priorities. This is particularly valued as clients are asked to do more with less.
* Our ability to execute research among elite stakeholders is unmatched. Each year we conduct thousands of interviews among hard-to-reach audiences around the world (media, investors, policy influentials, community leaders, customer decision-makers, etc.).
We are interested in adding to mid to senior level researchers to our corporate reputation research team.
