We use the proven framework our experience has built - but align it with each client’s unique history, industry context, regulatory landscape, brand strategy, etc.. * By identifying what triggers value, we help our clients set priorities. This is particularly valued as clients are asked to do more with less. * Our ability to execute research among elite stakeholders is unmatched. Each year we conduct thousands of interviews among hard-to-reach audiences around the world (media, investors, policy influentials, community leaders, customer decision-makers, etc.). We are interested in adding to mid to senior level researchers to our corporate reputation research team. Our researchers are responsible for designing, analyzing and managing of a broad range of global corporate reputation research and research for public release projects and/or tracking programs in a fast-paced environment. Incumbents support all aspects of a research project, including proposal design, fielding and analysis, client management and budget management. Being able to guide and support junior colleagues as part of these projects will also be necessary. Excellent communication skills, both written (content and visual) and verbal are pertinent; you must be able to build and maintain client relationships and work effectively with internal stakeholders in our research operations. Prior experience in corporate reputation and public release research is required. Locations: Rochester NY , Reston VA, New York City Responsibilities: Detailed Responsibilities * Identify and assist in development of new corporate reputation and public release research opportunities for new and existing clients * Actively consult with clients to define and understand overall business objectives of the research * Prepare basic proposals; write large sections and/or first draft of complex proposals with minimal oversight * Develop project pricing and make pricing recommendations * Manage projects from concept through final presentation, with revenue of $.5m or greater * Understand and monitor project budgets and timelines, investigate issues and recommend appropriate actions * Oversee coordination of fieldwork, troubleshoot and quality check initial and final survey data with minimal oversight * Lead problem solving discussions; generate ideas for solving problems * Act as a primary contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle * Set & manage client expectations related to specific deliverables with moderate oversight on complex studies * Outline implementation of a project plan for complex studies with minimal oversight * Design and field complex surveys with minimal oversight * Evaluate sample representativeness; identify weighting targets * Perform complex analysis, including multivariate analysis * Develop an analytic plan for complex studies with moderate oversight, minimal oversight for basic studies * Identify business implications of complex projects and integrate recommendations * Prepare final draft of report with minimal oversight, including executive summary, conclusions and business implications * Participate in and/or present aspects/sections of report at client presentations * Manage and/or mentor junior staff Required Skills: Qualifications * Bachelors degree, Masters preferred * 6+ years of research/project management experience * Established industry or solutions expertise * Exceptional customer service skills * Solid statistical analysis skills and advanced statistical software knowledge * Detail orientated and ability to multi-task * Demonstrated excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills * Strong skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint * Ability to work independently, self-directed, strong work ethic and adherence to deadlines * Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Advanced applied statistical analysis skills * Statistical software knowledge * Ability to negotiate/consult with clients Apply for this job:
