Description Education/Experience o Bachelor degree o 3-5 years experience required Responsibility level o Exercises independent judgment with direction from supervisor Skills System experience and administration skills Experience with administration of SuccessFactors or other HR vendor application Ability to handle sensitive information Analytical skills and ability to use analytical tools Strong Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills Extreme attention to detail, accuracy, and delivery. High standards in the delivery of customer service. Clearly convey information and ideas through verbal and written communication Highly flexible, self-directed, and adapts well to a rapidly changing environment. Manage multiple projects effectively. Ability to work in a constantly evolving team environment Strong project management skills Strong organizational, time management and planning abilities Major Job Duties and Responsibilities: Manages day to day administration tasks for Succession System. Including but not limited to: o System and policy and procedure documentation o Script creation o Meeting Coordination o Project planning support o Meeting scheduling o System testing & validation o Handles sensitive data by assisting with Data Collection (collecting and updating data and generate reports). Be able to understand and communicate business processes Create and generate reports and Board Book documents Monitor mailbox and answer queries that come in Provide additional project & coordination support as needed
