Supply Chain Program Manager
Lab126 is an inventive research and development company that designs and engineers high-profile, portable, hand-held consumer electronics products, like the Kindle family of products including e-readers and tablets.
As a supply chain project manager, you will engage with an experienced cross-disciplinary team to develop and implement world class processes to the delivery of our product.
The Role:
Work with commodity teams to identify process gaps in the Global Commodity Organization.
Work with operations teams and suppliers to improve our quality management system through audits, interviews, and ensuring compliance to international standards (ISO, TL, etc.).
Drive corrective actions for audit findings in conjunction with suppliers and commodity managers.
Evaluate the existing processes and procedures for potential improvements.
Complete continuous improvement projects that impact the key SMART metrics.
Support the development and facilitation of the GCM scorecard, Quarterly Business Reviews and Commodity Strategy sessions.
Basic Qualifications
3+ years of hands on project management experience.
Hands on operations experience, preferably in an OEM/ODM environment.
Data collection, data analysis, and decision making skills.
The ability to work in cross functional teams, as well as lead.
Preferred Qualifications
Six Sigma experience a plus.
Microsoft project experience a plus.
Pragmatic and practical approach to problem solving.
Excellent communication skills.
