Agent/Vendor Support Representative
Description:The Agent/Vendor Support Representative provides phone, chat and email technical support to our clients registered Agents and Vendors. This position will report to the Customer Support Supervisor.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide exceptional customer service and technical support through calls/chats/emails * Help track and report issues/trends customers are experiencing * Help Identify problems and suggest system improvements * Maintain professional and technical knowledge * Help identify areas for process improvement * Research and resolve client questions * Answer questions about companys product offerings * Answer account billing inquiries
QUALIFICATIONS * 2 year Degree is preferred * 3+ Years in Customer Service/Call Center experience * Ability to multi-task and quickly adapt to changing priorities * Creative problem solver * Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills * Ability to foster team work, provide effective feedback and promote process improvement Eligibility for employment: Candidates must pass drug test and background checks Education verification for High School Diploma or GED and Degreed Professionals required
