Responsibilities:
. Supervise the activities of the data entry team
. Analyze data reports to determine which data in a report is entered into the database
. Coordinate with Network and WTI analysts to clarify questions about data and its entry into the database
. Maintain metrics on the number of records processed into the database
. Coordinate the priorities for data entry with the Government TMs and SPAs of each Branch
. Provide the initial QC of data entered into databases by the data entry team
. Train and mentor DAs and establish data entry procedures for new data types
Minimum Requirements . Candidates will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet current eligibility requirements for access to SCI classified information; US citizenship required
. 3 years of experience reviewing documents and entering data into structured databases
. 1 year of Counter IED analysis and data entry experience
. Working knowledge security classification and marking procedures
. Working knowledge of Microsoft® Office® tools, including SharePoint®, intelligence tools and systems such as WebTAS and CIDNE, and search tools on JWICS and SIPRNET
. This position requires a High School Diploma or GED equivalent Additional Information Work Environment:
. Previous background in Military Intelligence is desired
. Working Conditions are normal for an office environment
