Account Executive
-Grow new and existing account base, penetrate new markets and develop & maintain business relationships with customers. -Achieve sales goals. -Secure and place orders taking into consideration delivery dates and inventory levels for fulfillment. -Attend trade shows. -Compile and maintain on order log and shipping information for all accounts; have thorough knowledge of internal system to track information. -Ability to execute operational duties to effectively manage a wholesale business, track selling, monitor markdowns, place & track orders and understand 6 month seasonal vendor plans. -Accumulating and analyzing weekly sales and stock levels for recommendations based on information gathered. Develop and implement business/product strategies to optimize sales and profit for the retailer and our Company. -Communicate and review with each account and the sales force on a daily basis for on order shipping, changes in distribution & deliveries, acceleration of early shoes, cancellations and selling of test cases.
