Account Executive Menswear
-Establish relationships with Wholesale buyers and maintain daily communication with accounts regarding orders and shipping updates.
-Conduct in-store seminars within wholesale account doors and travel to events as needed.
-Partner with Wholesale Field Coordinators to provide product training/merchandising guidelines and work to ensure best floor space available for approved floor presentations.
-Responsible for setting market calendar through partnership with Showroom Manager.
-Present collection to buyers, DMM's and senior management during market appointments
-Create appropriate product assortment for each account while representing seasonal collection messages.
-Travel seasonally to Key Doors and meet with department managers to understand opportunities by department by door.
-Compile and maintain booking reports for all markets and report to Wholesale Planning
-Communicate regularly with distribution center on account issues and monitor timely shipping to drive full-price sell-thrus.
-Maintain strong relationships with internal customer service to ensure appropriate follow -Collect weekly selling from all major accounts to analyze sell-through and overall business. This includes best and worst sellers, analyzing on hand inventory to proactively respond to business needs and opportunities by suggesting reorders to buyers
-Compile, analyze and report monthly sell-thru information to Wholesale Planning
-Review past orders and carry forward styles to make sure there is a balanced assortment.
-Recommend business drivers, events, advertising for upcoming season that represent brand consistency
-Edit line and assortment based on business and account needs
-Develop a financial understanding of key performance indicators
-Outline and present solutions for business challenges
-Maintain a consistent understanding of inventory and global replenishment -Conduct sales and product-knowledge sessions to sales staff.
-Select seasonal ad looks with Wholesale Marketing and Buying teams
-Work with PR for sample requests to ensure they are sent to Photo Shoots within requested dates
-Maintain Seasonal Library of Co-op advertising images, and contracts.
-Oversee sample management process in conjunction with sales assistant.
