What will you do?
As an XM Account Manager, you will develop original marketing campaigns that bring clients brands to life in a variety of ways through event marketing, PR stunts, viral campaigns and digital executions. You will manage these promotions as they go live, be a loyal brand advocate and work closely with your team of field managers, coordinators and brand ambassadors to consistently exceed expectations.
More specifically, you would be responsible for:
- Challenging and managing a team of Field Managers, and overseeing a team of coordinators who manage Field Representatives (varies depending on program)
- Developing a team with a focus on long term development/succession planning of more senior managers.
- Performance management.
- Managing all aspects of a budget for a given project. You are responsible for the bottom line delivery of your project.
- Effective time management (of self and others).
- Client interaction is high - primary contact for National and some regional contacts.
- Problem solving.
- Weekly status updates on program results/personnel, client program reviews end/mid program.
- Business development - make recommendations in the final report geared to future business opportunities, develop proposals and pitches in conjunction with a Sr. Account Manager and/or Director
- Communication - utilize effective communication techniques - balanced feedback
- Crisis management - proactively identify problems and develop solutions
