Prepare final payments for merchandise-related invoices and verify that vendors payments are timely and accurate with appropriate approvals and support Maintain internal controls, including three-way match on merchandise-related invoices and proper authorization on non-merchandise invoices Work with Merchandising and Distribution departments as necessary to investigate vendor discrepancies and ensure the best practices are in place for the vendor payment process Prepare daily ACH and wire templates Enter and reconcile vendor deposits Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment disbursement and research open invoices
