Kforce is searching for a traveling consultant to assist our client with an activity based costing implementation.
Individual responsibilities will include: * Implement the client's activity-based cost model and assist in development and production of financial reports. * Design consistent and insightful activity based costing metrics and streamlined cost allocations through constant interaction with plant and corporate management teams. * Direct interface with the CFO/Controller and provide strategic guidance on how to improve the client's cost accounting program. * Be directly responsible for the implementation of the clients Activity Based Costing system and assist/direct key client stakeholders to develop analytical financial reports that facilitate effective business decisions. * Assist the Senior Manager of Accounting and Manufacturing Systems Support with the preparation of special studies, suggestions or proposals involving financial aspects of any operation or function being reviewed for improved productivity, efficiency or cost effectiveness. * Develop consistent plant reporting, managerial reporting, and analysis tools which highlight key areas of financial and operational focus for improvement
