Summary
Provides diversified clerical, administrative and general office duties of a highly responsible and confidential nature to senior operations personnel.

1. Requires good organizational and interpersonal skills to maintain schedules, calendars, correspondences and filing systems. 2. This position requires knowledge of applicable policies, organization, and high level technical skills using Microsoft Office and other tools. 3. Requires the ability to research data and resolve discrepancies using various databases. 4. The individual must be able to multi-task and complete complex, administrative assignments with minimal supervision. 5. Resolves routine inquiries and serves as liaison between operations leadership and other internal or external entities. 6. Processes invoices. 7. Schedules and maintains appointments. 8. Coordinates travel requests and itineraries; enters expense reports. 9. Prepares reports, composes memoranda and researches information requests. 10. Screens incoming calls. 11. May perform as record document custodian. 12. Handles confidential and non-routine information 13. Works independently on special, non-recurring and ongoing projects. 14. Plans and coordinates multiple presentations. 15. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

Education and/or Experience High school diploma or equivalent required plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience. Some college coursework preferred.
Computer Skills Must be proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.); proficiency in the use of MS Project a plus.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations, Clearance: Valid US drivers license required. Must be able to obtain secret clearance.
