This position requires a CJIS Level II background screening.
This position is responsible for providing financial management and operational support services to the Business Office Manager and the agency.
Provide financial management assistance in the tracking and reconciliation of IT expenditures/encumbrances, including interaction with FLAIR. Develop financial analysis charts/graphs for financial analyses.
Prepare requisitions for purchases, track approval and process payment of invoices in the MyFloridaMarketPlace system. Process Purchasing Card transactions, including invoice tracking and aging reports within established guidelines and procedures.
Prepare travel arrangements, which include the preparation of travel authorizations and requests for reimbursements, meeting/conference registrations and airfare/hotel/car rental reservations.
Maintain a professional appearance of the SSRC’s office spaces and in a courteous and prompt fashion answer incoming calls to the multi-line phone system, route calls to appropriate staff and always ensure coverage of reception area during normal business hours. On a daily basis and in a timely manner, open, date stamp, review and distribute incoming mail to staff. Support a wide variety of administrative assignments including management and ordering of office supplies and administration of online calendars for reservation of SSRC’s conference rooms. Contact building maintenance regarding office issues and schedule meetings as needed.
