Job Description:

Administrative Coordinator - Contract position

HLP Solutions has partnered with this leader in the automobile and truck rental industry to offer two immediate contract positions. This position will be responsible coordinating telecom service disconnection in multiple locations around the US. This position will last four to five months and be situated in the Voice Telecommunications department in NW OKC location. This postion will handle the coordination by phone by working with location managers and telecom service providers.

Work hours are 8 am to 5pm Monday - Friday

Job Description:

*Coordinate the disconnection of telephone service or telephone lines at rental locations

*Identify and inventory each location's telecom equipment through a number of internal resources

*Consult with location management to determine appropriate lines to disconnect

*Place orders with service carriers for disconnect

*Follow up with locations and service carriers to confirm disconnect

*Analyze telecom invoices for accuracy from multiple providers

*Will update Access database and Excel spreadsheets with equipment inventory and service information

Skills required:

*MS Excel

*MS Access

*Email (preferably Lotus Notes)

*Voice Telecom or Business Office experience in coordinating service calls

*Good customer service. Will be working with managers, employees and service providers all over the country.

*Good written and oral communication skills
