Seeking an Administrative Logistics Analyst to provide comprehensive C4ISR equipment Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) for the US Marine Corps . Must have a Secret clearance and experience supporting US Marine Corps highly desired.

Oversees the transportation of classified and unclassified intelligence IT equipment throughout the world. Works customs issues for worldwide transportation. Works with customers and funding personnel to ensure appropriate funding is available to meet logistics requirements. This support also includes, but is not limited to assistance in logistics management, equipment and spares database management, shipping and tracking, and managing an operational spares program.

Conducts packing and supply operations to include dealing with HAZMAT and DRMO. Understands DOD security impacts to warehouse operations. Clear writing ability to fill out forms, generate emails, strong organizational skills, and good at customer service.

The ALA is the contractor’s employee assigned to provide the following services to include, but not limited to:
• Tracking spare and operational equipment in use and in transit
• Determine the logistics requirements for transporting people and equipment from one location to another
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules in accordance with equipment requirements
• Assist in logistics management, database management
Qualifications:

Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 4 years of related experience.

* Minimum of 4 years experience in the area of logistics management (may substitute 1 year of military training in logistics and 2 years of experience).
* Requires familiarity with the Federal Supply System.
* Must have Secret Security Clearance.
*
National Property Management Association (NPMA), Certified Professional Property Specialist (CPPS) and fork lift qualification desired.
*
Clear writing ability to fill out forms, generate emails, strong organizational and customer service skills.
*
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pound boxes.
*
USMC experience is preferred.
*
Understanding of DoD security impacts to warehouse operations.
