The Health & Public Service operating group serves health organizations, government agencies, institutions and nonprofit organizations worldwide providing a broad range of consulting, technology, system integration and business processing services.
Service Delivery professionals are responsible for providing service delivery across the breadth of offerings such as accounting, information technology, application development and maintenance, helpdesk services, procurement, learning and training, and human resources. The work that is performed by our delivery professionals may serve one or more clients concurrently and they may be located directly at a client site or within our global delivery network.
The Business Process Analyst will support an effort which includes the assessment of existing business and IT capabilities and the development of a plan for how the client should operate in the future to meet organizational objectives and goals. The focus of the Operations Assessment will be primarily around identifying inefficient Business Processes, lack of IT integration, and human capitol. Responsibilities include:
Assist with interview / workshop discussions to assess business operations
Help identify supporting applications and integration points
Assist in establishing recommendations and rationale to include time, labor and cost savings for initiatives to improve inefficient operations
Work with team lead to help prioritize key initiatives based on selected criteria
Help identify and document critical to quality metrics (CTQs), key performance indicators (KPIs) and key operating metrics (KOMs)
Assist with interview / workshop discussions to assess business operations
Work with team lead to prepare status and communicate status accurately and in a timely manner
Basic
Qualifications:
TS/SCI Security Clearance
2 years of business and/or IT Consulting
Bachelors degree
Preferred Qualifications:
BPR or related business skills/experience
Lean Six Sigma experience (Green Belt, Yellow Belt, Black Belt)
Current CI and/or LS polygraph
Understanding of Intelligence Community
