Area Manager
The Area Manager is responsible for overseeing and directing the activities within an assigned store as well as supervising other store managers within a multiple store market to support business objectives. The Area Manager is ultimately responsible for ensuring the highest level of sales and customer service throughout the stores. As a role model, the Area Manager must solve problems, make informed decisions, set clear goals, and provide ongoing learning opportunities and communication in order to achieve maximum results.
