Area Operations Manager

Responsible for the management of multiple branch locations.
Responsible for total profit and loss for multiple branches.
Monitors key revenue management indicators and expenditures, asset equipment utilization and inventory levels to ensure maximum profit margins.
Assists in acquisitions due diligence and integration.
Responsible for hiring, coaching, performance appraisal and disciplining of subordinate staff.
Ensures project deadlines and performance standards are established and met.
Implements and maintains procedures and controls in compliance with company policies to ensure the effective operation and management of all functional areas of the branches.
Troubleshoots problems and takes corrective action.
Supports the sales effort by assisting in the development of budgeted sales goals. Also supports the sales effort through sales calls, contract proposal development and relationship management.
Assists in evaluating and analyzing Account Executives' activities.
Assists in developing sales strategies.
Ensures operational procedures comply with federal, state, local and JCAHO requirements.
Assists in developing, interpreting and implementing new policies.
Coordinates the implementation of new programs.
Performs other related duties as directed by supervisor.
Qualifications:
Education or experience equivalent to a four year college degree is required.
At least eight years related experience is required.
