-Responsible for the recruitment, training and development of staff and performance management -Through successful recruitment, on-boarding and training create a luxury store environment -Competitive shop to understand market and recruit effectively -Create and maintain a team environment within the store -Provide monthly one on one sessions with staff, in addition to a weekly touch base with the management team -Resolve interpersonal issues in partnership with General Manager -Implement and lead all sales and training initiatives -Implement and review store policies/procedures on a regular basis and ensure staff adheres to them
