Job Summary As part of the on-site Nestle team, project managers are pivotal to a
successful account. Working with both internal and external
stakeholders, you will be required to have good influencing skills,
good communication both written and verbal and excellent organisation
skills. Have a good understanding and awareness of client
expectations whilst supporting Schawk?s goals and objectives.
Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: ·Build and develop strong relationships with
the client, suppliers and printers. ·Manage all aspects of the projects in line
with agreed SLAs ·Understand the critical path requirements
for projects. Were necessary be able construct based on range/project
requirements. ·Understand the printer?s requirements and
restrictions, highlighting when this will impact on the
design. ·Manage, highlight and resolve project
issues. Escalating the impactions and resolutions to the management
team. ·Build a good understand the manufacturing
process required by the products in the category. Range/Project
responsibilities: ·Liaise with multiple markets to collate
information / changes and produce a concise, consistent brief to the
studio for artwork/repro. ·Execute the agreed process for project
management according to agreed SLA ·Build project ranges and manage the artwork
approval process and critical path. ·Review artwork to ensure brand concept and
range consistency has been implemented. Using: oDesign

Masters ·Ensure all artwork approval comments
received from external stake holders meet the requirements of the
range, design and print re contrary,
escalate. ·Ensure all suppliers and printers are aware
of Nestle process and agreed SLA?s ·Ensure tracker, forecast documents are kept
updated in accordance with Schawk and clients
requirement. ·Manage key dates within the critical path
escalating to relevant managers when dates will not be
achieved. ·Work with suppliers and printers to
understand key dates required. Team: ·Attend daily / weekly team
meetings. ·Provide daily update?s for client and
management team. ·Assist on-site studio with daily
despatches. ·Understand how the other divisions of the
Nestle team work to assist during busy periods ·Provide holiday cover for the other
divisions of the Nestle team
Qualifications / Requirements
* Incumbents typically have 0-2 years of experience
* Good Project Management skills
* Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented
* Work very well within a team environment
* Excellent time management skills, ability to take direction and proactively see tasks to completion
* Proactively seek opportunities to improve knowledge and skill set both short and long term
