JOB DESCRIPTION: Reporting to the General Manager successful Candidates will be accountable for the following: .Managing, developing and mentoring Managers in Training and Customer Service Associates on the store floor .Participating and facilitating store business plans including: merchandising, loss prevention, staff scheduling/wage expense, sales forecasting and all related weekly/monthly reporting .Customer complaint resolution, Manager-On-Duty functions (facility and equipment) .Enhancement of the customer experience within the store and assigned specific area Candidates will need to have a great work ethic, positive attitude, excellent presentation skills, a passion for knowledge and LOVE meeting people.
