Overview
The Associate Digital Producer is responsible for the coordination and management of creative and technical processes in Digital Production. He/She has primary responsibility for organizing internal and external resources to support the on time delivery of projects, from initiation through final deliverables.
 

Responsibilities:
* Performs tasks to help in project delivery. 
* Understands production processes. Maintains a clear understanding of the creative strategy on all assigned projects.
* Follows up on missing assets from stakeholders. 
* Anticipates the consequences of events when planning projects and takes the necessary action to keep the project on track. Can prioritize work load
* Manages large amount of verbal and written communications
* Passes information effectively between key stakeholders (e.g., Creative Dept., Account Mgt., etc.)
* Expresses thoughts clearly and concisely
* Understands strict budget control.
* Displays creative/innovative thinking ("thinking on your feet").
* Displays critical thinking/problem solving ability (e.g., not accepting something on face value; questioning and searching for better/different ways to do things).
* Adapts well to change and demonstrates flexibility.
* Works collaboratively ("team player") and builds relationships.
* Displays professionalism and "grace under pressure".
* Has a sense of urgency and conveys a positive, "can-do" attitude

 Qualifications:
 
* Bachelors degree and 1-2 years previous work and/or internship experience in an advertising agency setting.
* Some project management experience in building of banner ads, websites, intranets, extranets, microsites, mobile and e-marketing campaigns/initiatives is highly desired
* Familiarity with the creative process and experience with non-interactive advertising elements, such as general advertising and direct marketing.
* Proven ability to multi-task and work to deadlines.
* Knowledge of current web technologies.
