Job Summary: Position Title: Associate Director Position Summary: ' Focused on all aspects of helping the Sales Representatives with their prospecting, appointment setting, selling skills and performance. ' New team members would report to the Associate Director to ensure a high level of personal development. ' Responsible for influencing team closing ratios and team retention. As well, be responsible for training new team members and those on sales success plans. ' Conduct 'virtual' coaching sessions with Representatives 'in need' weekly. ' Travel required 1 to 2 times per month with each out of market trip expected to last 2 to 5 days. ' Help Director with training on successful renewal strategies and then with monitoring progress. ' Assist with Divisional Customer Service and work key accounts in unmanned areas as assigned by Director. ' Help Organize Sales Drives ' Preplanning, prospecting, lead list generation, collateral materials, kick-off and ongoing monitoring during drive.
