Title:  Associate Director for Operations

Job Description:
The Associate Director for Operations is responsible for overseeing the processing of applications, inquiries and mailings within the Office of Undergraduate Admission.  The Associate Director for Operations is the manager of all data entering and leaving the Office of Admission and, as such, is responsible for data integrity and report generating. 
Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of analysts along with the daily operations of the clerical and student worker staff.
* Monitor the clerical and student worker budget, training the staff in policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.
* Create new policies and procedures and/or modifying existing policies and procedures.
* Work collaboratively with the other Associate Directors, Director, Vice President for Enrollment and other key members of the University community. 
Qualifications:
* A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in undergraduate admission, specifically in Operations, as well as experience managing a team of professional and clerical staff members.
* Must be comfortable with new technology, must be innovative and creative, a problem solver and a manager for change.
* Must demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects, time and resources well.
* Must be comfortable providing excellent customer service to constituents and must have an understanding of the Vincentian mission, a strong sense of strategic vision, a commitment to data integrity and a desire for professional development.
* An advanced degree as well as knowledge of Banner, Access and NOLIJ are preferred.
