Responsibilities:
As an Associate Marketing Manager as part of the Small Business CRM team, you will be responsible for managing a contact strategy for Vistaprint’s Active Marketer customer segment. You will work cross-functionally to integrate customer behavior, actions, and events into a relevant contact strategy that spans across multiple touch points.

The selected candidate will be a key player in helping the company evolve its email contact strategy by scaling out relevant triggers and targeted campaigns which emphasize relevance, broader product penetration and increased engagement. Additionally you will manage two direct reports and be responsible for their career development. This role reports into the Sr. Manager of CRM.

The successful candidate will be a self-starting, entrepreneurial, motivated marketer who wants to make a large contribution to evolve Vistaprint’s contact strategy. He/she will be comfortable in a goal-driven environment where he/she will be responsible for setting strategy for his/her group of customers, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
* Use customer behavior and prior campaign results to develop contact strategies/plans to achieve financial targets and optimize the customers lifetime value
* Own multi-million dollar revenue target for your customer segment
* Own development and execution of strategy and responsible for communication and reporting of all results on a regular basis
* Work with internal creative, analytics and solutions team to create innovative new treatments while continuously optimizing campaigns.
* Manage channel operations and performance including channel level forecasting, goal setting and budget needs.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred, with a degree in marketing, mathematics, or economics preferred
* 5-7 years business experience developing CRM strategies, preferably integrating email, direct mail, and other cross channel plans.
* Experience implementing triggered marketing communications with measurable impact
* Strong aptitude and interest in database marketing and/or direct marketing
* A proven track record for strategic thinking and driving measurable results
* Comfortable in a competitive, high-performance, target-driven environment
* Proven track record of building/growing a team
* E-commerce experience a plus
* Data driven, results oriented, detail oriented and precise
* Strong communication and presentation skills
