Associate Product Development Manager, Accessories
-Sourcing - Source materials according to design direction and cost parameters. Responsible to work directly with Design/ Merchandising on material development
-Proto Development - Send specs to factories and follow-up daily to ensure product executes according to design. Review protos in relationship to costing and suggest changes to reach desired price. -Systems Maintenance - Continually update systems - style adoption chart, piece goods chart and ISIS, including BOMS, PAF and consumptions. -Pre-Market functions - receive sales samples and set-up showroom, update line sheets, request any additional samples to meet sales need. -Post-Market functions - Review all styles, materials and outstanding issues with Production. Pass completed packages with approval standards.
