Contract Manager City Diamond Bar State CA Description QTC is the largest private provider of government-outsourced medical and disability examination services in the nation. Our 25-year history delivering technology-driven examination solutions not only benefits our customers but also the industry as a whole. We were the first and only private examination provider awarded the Pilot Program Contract to perform Compensation and Pension examinations for the Department of Veterans Affairs. The US Senate called upon QTC for expert testimony regarding the value of such third-party examinations for the purpose of government-based programs. More importantly, the House of Representatives recognized QTC for our innovative solutions to plaguing industry issues. We are looking for experienced and capable individuals to uphold this reputation of excellence as we expand into other segments within the health care market. Join us as we do for occupational health what we have already done (and will continue to do) for disability-providing innovative solutions. Take part in further solidifying QTC's position as not only the largest, but also leading private examination provider available to the US and surrounding areas. Responsibilities include: * Responsible for providing administrative and management support for the PASRR program. Acts as a liaison to the Department of Mental Health and ensures overall contract compliance in the absence of the contract manager * Assist with the recruiting and training of administrative office staff and field evaluators. Assist in the development, implementation and submission to the Department of Mental Health of training programs developed for field evaluators * Prepare timely monthly and quarterly reports for the Department of Mental Health * Attend meetings with the Department of Mental Health as needed * Coordinate the clinical technical assistance needs of the office manager, lead case coordinator and case coordinators with the QA and medical directors * Provide technical and clerical support to the QA Directors, Contract Manager and Medical Director * Complete other projects and duties as assigned Requirements The successful candidate will possess the following: * BA/BS degree or equivalent work-related experience. * Minimum of one year experience working with contracts in a related health care field * Experience with public mental health and Medi-Cal programs * Above average knowledge of word processing software and medical database systems * Excellent command of the verbal and written language * Exceptional interpersonal abilities QTC Management Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
