AT&T Lead Logistics Analyst - Atlanta, GA

Overall Purpose: Responsible for the administration of the inventory planning and materials management functions. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for coordination across multiple teams of the following: inventory planning, materials handling, inventory turnover, customer service levels, stocking decisions, forecasting, and the administrative controls for Diverse Supplier Managed Inventory and VMI at company owned distribution facilities. Manages the supply and demand activities products across business units. Creates and recommends strategies to maximize the effective management of materials. Assists in the development of long and short-term objectives to ensure that programs and efforts are directed toward achieving company goals. May initiate corrective action to assure objectives are met. Assists in the establishment and administration of unit policies, procedures and systems. Participates in the development of goals and budgets for area of responsibility. Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercises judgment in selecting methods and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.

This position may be responsible for contributing to AT&T's compliance with environmental laws and regulations as applicable to its job function. This may include, but is not limited to, work related to fuel tanks, emergency and stand-by generators, boilers, hazardous waste, hazardous materials, batteries, manholes and vaults, water wells, linear and other construction projects, water discharge, or air emissions.
