Position Summary:
This position is a member of a specialized in house operational support team assigned to specific geographic regions to addresses underperforming Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns. This position will review campaign performance and recommend performance changes to produce desired search results.
Principal Responsibilities:

• Identify and escalate performance issues post fulfillment of customer account to increase quality in clicks and conversions for improved ROI.
• Review monthly account performance reports and identify accounts that are not meeting their Key Performance Indicators (KPI) as established by the business.
• Review keywords, proxy landing pages, clicks and conversions of customers to determine areas that need updating.
• Account will change monthly as performance is managed and corrections are made.

• Monitor search campaigns using weekly vendor reports to see what changes have been made to a campaign and if the campaign is meeting its metrics. If campaign is not making its KPI the Bronze analyst will also review the campaign to see if it is set up to achieve the desired results.
• Contacts the sales rep on the account and recommends campaign changes, additional products, or services necessary to meet desired results.
• Balance campaign performance and customer expectations using keywords and campaign modifications.
• May also provide consultative services to sales reps as needed.

• Regularly review existing processes and procedures for the purpose of identifying and implementing operational efficiencies and process redesigns.
Qualifications
Training and Special Skills:
• 1-2 years experience as a full-time Search Engine Marketing professional; 2-3 years preferred.
• Google AdWords certification and Yahoo Ambassador preferred; resource will be required to
obtain certification within 30 days of hire.
• Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
• Solid work ethic, teaming, adaptation to fast-paced environment, and works well under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is a must.
• Excellent professional, communication (both verbal and written) skills.
• Ability to self-motivate, prioritize and multi-task.
• Ability to research and solve problems.
• Analytic skills required.
