Description
This 2nd level manager position will represent AT&T Supplier Diversity organization externally to diverse business councils, advocacy groups, chambers of commerce as well as strategically interface with internal AT&T regulatory, external and public affairs teams. This position will also be responsible for representing AT&T at supplier diversity events and tradeshows regionally and nationally.
Ideal candidate should have proven track record in external affairs/regulatory and or public affairs. Require strong written and verbal communications. Negotiation skills is a must!

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Experience in External Affairs/Regulatory and/or Public Affairs
Strong negotiation skills
Strong verbal, presentation, communication and analytical skills
Strong project management skills
Event planning expertise
Strong experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
Ability to work with all levels of management
Desired Qualifications:
Four year degree in Business or Technology related fields or equivalent work experience (5 years); MBA desirable
