Overview:

As an integral team member, the Coordinator will gain experience and expertise within the Business Intelligence Marketing Department on strategy and operations. The Coordinator will serve an important role both internally and externally as a liaison, information resource and key point of contact. This oppportunity is based in Washington, DC.


Position Info:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Coordinate internal meetings related to BI marketing strategy and operations
• Act as internal and external liaison for several departments in the firm, serving as a representative of the leadership team
• Arrange departmental meetings and the coordination of all logistics
• Coordinate travel and itineraries on an as-needed basic
• Schedule and coordinate high-level marketing visits at national meetings and member hospitals
• Prepare team members for visits with trip preparation and market research
• Prepare proposals and letters of agreement
• Assist team with tracking key performance metrics
• Act as a liaison and information resource to Member Services
• Be "on-call" during out of town meetings as an internal contact for those at the meeting
• Assist Chief of Staff with marketing campaigns on an as needed basis
• Assist the leadership team with collateral creation on an as needed basis
• Coordinate special events
• Special projects as necessary and appropriate
• Other administrative duties


Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelors Degree
* 0-2 years of work experience
* Excellent academic record
* Must possess at least two of the following
* Leadership experience
* Customer service experience
* Experience working in a team environment
* Sales or fundraising experience
* Experience in an office setting

Ideal Qualifications:
* Experience developing personal organization tactics to meet business goals
* Proven experience managing multiple, competing priorities
* Ability to take initiative on projects
* Ability to communicate effectively by e-mail and phone internally and externally
* Ability to provide objective upward feedback to managers
* Proven experience handling confidential information
