Job Description:

Billing Coordinator - Quickbooks - Temporary Assignment (one - two month assignment)

HLP Solutions has partnered with this project management firm with over 30 years experience specializing in turn key solutions for Oil & Gas, Telecommunications, Wind Energy and Utilities industries. This position carries out the billing functions of the Telecommunications division under the direction of the CFO and provides administrative support to management as well as general clerical support to the operations and administrative staff.

This position is part time 20 hours per week, morning or afternoon.

Position Summary:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

. Prepare routine customer billing statements and invoices for the Telecommunications
division

. Maintain QuickBooks database by inputting contractor invoices, contractor bills, and
general corporate bills in order to generate payments

. Responsible for applying revenues to customer accounts accurately and timely

. Interacts in a professional, courteous manner with collectors, customers, prospective
customers, visitors, co-workers, vendors, etc.

. Serves in a back-up role to the corporate office receptionist by handling telephone
receptionist duties and general clerical office support

. Maintains strict confidentiality guidelines in accordance with Company policy

Additional Responsibilities:

. Performs other administrative duties including filing, copying, and faxing as required by
management

. Assists other administrative and operations staff in special projects, as needed

Supervisory Responsibilities:

None

Qualifications / Experience Requirements:

. One year of billing / invoicing and administrative experience

. High School Diploma, GED or an equivalent combination of education and training

. Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and QuickBooks

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

. Good verbal and written communication skills

. Able to maintain confidential and proprietary information

. Able to adjust communication style to handle effectively diverse customer situations

. Strong sense of customer service

. Possesses a good understanding of general office and administrative procedures

. Demonstrates good interpersonal skills: able to work well with a wide range of people.

* Must demonstrate flexibility in working with all members of the team

. Strong attention to detail

. Able to perform basic mathematical computations. Able to compute rate, ratio, and
percentage. Able to interpret bar graphs.
