Description  The Sr. Manager, Business Planning & Analysis, will be the primary contact for CitiMortgage Collections client with responsibility for managing a group of business analysts supporting business requests. This will include working with the client to design and deliver solutions that meet current and future business requirements. This position will project manage resources on large, mission critical business initiatives providing data and analysis to operations, investors, regulators and other internal and external parties. This requires strong leadership to manage cross-functional resources under stressful conditions with tight project deadlines. Candidate will require good technical knowledge of collections systems, data warehousing, business intelligence tools, specifically Cognos (v8.4 or later) and Microsoft Office products. This position will require a self-driven customer service oriented individual willing to take on challenges with little to no supervision, while maintaining a constant communication loop with their management and client. Day-to-day management includes: · Assigning and managing analyst workloads · Defining operational processes for the group · Lead weekly reviews to organize and prioritize project resources · Develop, implement and analyze operational KPI's · Identify business needs for continuous improvement efforts · Coach and mentor employees · Provide subject matter expertise to drive critical decision making in project design and implementation · Drive results based on business strategies with an ability to determine root causes and provide creative solutions (challenge the status quo). · Ability to manage change in a fast-paced environment **All new hires are subject to work eligibility verification via the DHS E-Verification System** Qualifications  Skills Required · 8+ Years experience in collections operations including knowledge of call center technologies (e.g., dialer) used. · 7+ Years supervising eight or more business analysts · 5+ Years utilizing Cognos or similar business intelligence applications · Experience in SQL, SAS or similar programming languages · Strong knowledge of mortgage banking trends · Excellent communication skills, including the ability to prepare and present executive level presentations and summaries · Advanced skills in Microsoft Office products (e.g., Access, Excel) and Education · BA/BS in Economics, Finance is required · MBA Preferred
