Based in New Orleans, LA the Branch Manager will have responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day branch operations. These responsibilities will encompass:
Manage branch financial performance by coordinating with Area or Territory Manager on branch budget development and business plan execution, including preparation of annual branch budget
Managing the branch financial performance - budget development and business plan execution, branch profit and loss activities, branch operating costs
Managing/monitoring branch fleet -- monitoring unit movements/inventories/maintenance
Managing the branch sales, administration and fleet staff -- interviewing, hiring, training, development, supervision, and performance management of branch employees
The successful candidate will have a BS in Business, Marketing or a related field; proven successful management experience in the modular or construction leasing industry; strong finance/accounting knowledge; experience hiring and developing strong team members; effective negotiation, communication, organization and customer service skills; and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
