Summary:Responsible for the accurate review and evaluation of client valuation data.
Works on other phases of valuation under supervision.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Handles the preparation of valuation data.
Includes receiving and reviewing data from clients to insure internal and year-to-year consistency.
Has telephone contact with clients on data and administrative matters.
May be able to complete parts of a valuation.
Assists in the preparation of letters and reports.
Assists in the preparation of Schedule B's and government filings.
Special projects or assignments as instructed by your supervisor/manager
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Math, actuarial science or economics degree or equivalent 3.0 grade-point average preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to grasp and familiarize oneself with actuarial terms and concepts
Strong math and computer skills
Strong organizational skills/time management
Preferred to have passed one SOA course
Ability to work on a team
