Responsibilities:
· Strategy development including leading regularly scheduled account sessions with client representatives · Relationship building to ensure 'many to many' relationships exist including within the executive suite · Profitable retention through proactive contracting, and where possible non-competitive renewals · Growth including cross sell and up sell - meeting assigned monthly, quarterly, yearly growth goals · Contract management including scope and change order management · Customer satisfaction including meeting/exceeding expectations agreed to with the customer · Account planning including creation, maintenance and adherence to a formal account plan · Timely, accurate billing and collections · Actively participates in client meetings to gather information, to establish needs, to clarify expectations, to develop strategy and to obtain feedback · Ensures quality services are provided to clients (e.g. compliance with the peer review policy established for the practice) · Contributes to advancement of the firm by seeking to learn and to share best practices · Keeps abreast of developments in the field and of clients to maintain technical and professional expertise and to provide timely and informed advice to clients
This individual will report to Buck Sales Management Principal, Client Management Leader.
Requirements/Skills Sought:
· College degree required · Ability to travel up to 30% of time · Minimum 8 plush years sales/business development experience · Proven ability to meet/exceed stated retention and growth goals · Industry specific experience in human resources, benefits/insurance consulting or benefits/retirement administration · Strong presentation and project management skills · Excellent oral and written communication skills · In depth knowledge of with sales automation, project management, and Microsoft office applications · Understands and meets the financial reporting requirements of the firm · Displays strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex concepts

This individual will need to quickly gain credibility within the clients he/she is assigned to as well as within the BUCK organization. We are looking for an overall interest and understanding of what it takes to be successful in a public company along with a passion specific to revenue growth and client retention. A positive, "can do" attitude, along with superior references will be a key factor in awarding this position.
