Desired Technology Experience: MS Office Suite: 5+ yrs Requisite Pro: 1 yr. RSA: 1 yr. Sharepoint: 1 yr. Service Manager: 1 yr. Windows XP or higher: 1 yr.
Responsibilities and Qualifications: * Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance or equivalent * Experienced BA, Disney and/or Hospitality experience a plus * Understanding business process management and business requirements of the customers and translating them to specific application requirements * Experienced in requirements elicitation, Analysis, dissection of existing system and the ability to document the current state and functionality in logical format * Ability to effectively evaluate the information gathered through work sessions and interviews, business process description and task analysis. * Strong Communication with internal teams and external programs to deliver functional requirements like UI, screen and interface designs. * Very strong technical skills coupled with business intelligence and a deep understanding of customer's needs so that they can be transformed into application and operational requirements. * Acting as an interface between business units, technology teams and support teams * Strong documentation and translation skills that is required to complete program/project signoff and development * Ability to work with diverse teams including development, Leadership, architecture, and testing teams * Knowledge of reverse engineering of documentation of an application * Knowledge of RequistePro, RSA, and SharePoint * Demonstrated enthusiasm and aggressiveness for problem solving and ability to think outside the box to complete a task. * Demonstrated strong organizational skills with attention to detail * Team oriented and demonstrate excellent communication skills. * Writing skills, to communicate information effectively to customers, managers, and technical staff. * Interpersonal skills, to help negotiate priorities and to resolve conflicts among the Application team. * Demonstrated strong partnering skills
