Business Analyst

We have an immediate opening in our Valencia, CA corporate office for a Business Analyst. The primary function of this position is to design sales research projects, analyze data and provide administrative support to the Sales Management Team. The successful candidate will have the responsibility for collecting, compiling, and preparing statistical data for VP of Sales and Regional Managers while working with the Business Analysis team in the development of organizational objectives to help the company meet its strategic goals.
Requirements:
Job Accountabilities:
* Researches market conditions, conducts feasibility studies, prepares reports and presents recommendations for action plans to management
* Produce multiple ad-hoc analyst reports detailing sales performance
* Establishes research methods and means for collecting data; analyzes current research and statistical techniques
* Create Senior Management presentations
* Works with IT to manage web analysis, Accounting and Sales departments to develop and optimize data
Qualifications
* Bachelors Degree
* Expert level of proficiency in Excel
* Proven ability to communicate results of analysis to non-financial staff
* Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
* Ability to handle multiple priorities with aggressive deadlines
* Experience with a plus
