Business Career Foundation Program
The Business Career Foundation Program (BCFP) is a two-year development program in which new college hires gain leadership and technical skills through a challenging, fast-paced rotation experience. Program participants are exposed to a variety of business functions, including, but not limited to, Financial Planning, Accounting, Contracts, Business Operations, Estimating and Pricing, Cost Management, Integrated Scheduling, Supplier Management, Procurement Financial Analysis, and one business elective. Upon completion of the program, participants are equipped with the leadership and functional skills required to excel in a variety of roles across The Boeing Company.

Basic Qualifications For ConsiderationAre you graduating between December 2011 and June 2012 with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, finance, accounting, statistics, mathematics, economics, industrial engineering or engineering management?

Bachelor's degree and typically 3 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Boeing is looking for top candidates graduating between December 2011 and June 2012 with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a business, finance, accounting, mathematics, statistics, economics, industrial engineering, or engineering management.
