Business Development Manager




* Instrumental in acquiring new clients and selling of staffing services in thePhoenixarea.

* Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.

* Proven track record of generating a high number of new accounts and consistently achieving sales targets and gross profit growth goals.

* Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending investments.

* Interfacing with all levels of management (including CFO, Controller), engaging in presentations and communications.

* Cold Calling, Negotiating contracts, territory management and development

* A BS Degree (accounting preferred)
