ABOUT THE ROLE: Join our SA (Maylands) team as an SBS Business Development Manager and you will be identifying prospects, making cold calls and explaining the benefits of outsourcing to the Small to Medium Enterprises (SME) segment. You will be passionate about sales and enjoy the challenge of selling an outsourced solution to enable these clients to spend more time running their business and leaving their payroll to the experts. You will be responsible for developing account strategies, reporting on competitor activity and exceeding your monthly targets within your defined territory. This is a great opportunity for you to develop your sales career. Dealing with senior decision makers and HR Directors, your excellent professional presentation, negotiation and sales skills will be critical. You will have an experienced support team to help you including System and Implementation Consultants. Once the deal is closed, you'll pass the account along to the service delivery team, leaving you free to do what you do best.

- Identify all prospective organisations/accounts in the designated market segment (i.e. 5-150 employees) within the nominated 'territory'. - Develop account strategies for each nominated prospect/organisation for the marketing (i.e. successful sale) of ADP ES products and services. - Implement the account strategies, using all ADP ES resources to maximise opportunities within the respective organisations. - Monitor and report on competitor activity and capability. - Achieve sales results and KPI's based on targets set by ADP ES.
A minimum of 2-3 years sales experience in business to business selling and a commitment to delivering world class service. Payroll experience would be highly desirable but is not essential.
